Worldwide - "Calling All Classic Collectors!" Duo of old-time albums that will be music to the ears of any collector of early worldwide material. A mix of both mint and used material, neatly arranged (and easily removeable) from almost entirely the pre-1900 period. The first album is an "Oppen's Postage Stamp Album" circa 1885, with 901 stamps spanning the globe, in which we we noted particular strength in Canada, British Commonwealth and South America (note, there is a wonderful looking page of Brazil "Bull's Eye" stamps, but likely early forgeries). The second album is a Scott "International Postage Stamp Album, Nineteenth Century" with 1391 stamps, again with strength in British Commonwealth and South America. While the odd small fault is to be expected, the vast majority of the stamps held within these albums look to be sound, choice examples. Worldwide - Balance of a dealer’s estate, with material written up over 30 years ago. There is a good handful of 1950's-1960's complete Canadian booklets, Canada # E3, Newfoundland airmail trio, with lots of British Commonwealth sets and singles (best is Middle East overprints and some Caribbean), and finishing with a bit of United States (note a WWI Thrift Card with a single 25c stamp). A bit of duplication, some mixed condition. Estimate =

Worldwide - Baltic Nations. Estonia, Latvia and (to a lesser extent) Lithuania accumulation, from an extensive estate. Have no fear, there are still lots of goodies here, as this collector was only interested in quality material. The other thing that he also liked was to buy in quantities that exceeded his ability to process it, so there are auction, bidboard and dealer purchases that are still as they were originally purchased 40+ years ago, with very little material from the past 25 years. Each country has a decent basic collection, with more used than mint, and lots of town cancel interest. There is a bit of duplication, and a couple of souvenir sheets. Most are from the inter-war period, with only a bit from the post-USSR breakup. Hours of exploration here. Estimate =

Worldwide - Bankers box of wonder. We are calling it that because we are wondering how such a diverse group of material ended up in a single box. There is an intriguing handful of very old approval type booklets with worldwide, including lots of Europe (and specifically post-war mint French semi-postals). There are a few stockbooks of various sizes, conditions and contents, including German States and Canada, followed by some loose album pages that include Papua New Guinea stamps and stationery from the 1980s. All the previously mentioned, plus more, as we tried fighting our way to the bottom of the box. Estimate =
