Straits Settlements #7. Mint Hinged example of the key-value 1867 issued 12c red overprint on India 4a green Queen Victoria, from the first set of this Malayan colony. Comes with a bit of heavy hinging and minor aging (not surprising, since the stamp is from a tropical climate and is over 150 years old). Two separate owner’s marks are on the back.
